The Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of East African Community Affairs Uganda Mrs. Mwanje Edith led a technical team from Uganda to assess Uganda’s involvement in the LVBC and chaired a joint technical meeting between the LVBC and the MEACA -Uganda to discuss the progress of the implementation of LVBC programs and projects, The Permanent Secretary later paid a courtesy call to the Executive Secretary Dr. Masinde Bwire at the LVBC headquarters in Kisumu, Kenya.
