Japan And Uganda Maintain Strong Diplomatic And Bilateral Relations.

This morning, the Right Honorable Rebecca Kadaga graciously welcomed the ambassador of the People’s Republic of Japan, His Excellency Takuya Sasayama, at her offices in the Kingdom House. During their meeting, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for East African Community Affairs in Uganda, alongside her distinguished guests, engaged in discussions that were centered on fostering bilateral relations between Uganda and Japan. They explored various avenues for cooperation, focusing on enhancing trade, cultural exchanges, and development initiatives that could mutually benefit both nations. The conversation also touched upon ways to strengthen partnerships in areas such as infrastructure development, technology exchange, and regional integration within the East African Community.
