Rt. Hon Rebecca Kadaga on behalf of H.E The Vice President of Uganda Rtd Mjr Jessica Alupo, presided over the launch of the Ntaional Physical Develpment Plan in Kampala. in her singular capacity, The First Deputy Premier thanked the ministers of Lands, Housing and Urban Development Hon. Judith Nabakooba and Hon. Mayanja Sam for organising the function. In a speech presented by Rt. Hon Rebecca Kadaga, The Vice Presidnet of Uganda said Uganda is richly endowered by nature with natural resources that critically need to be preserved, nurtured, and planned for ahead of time to ensure optimal and sustainable utilization.
The National Physical Developemnt Plan provides the analytical parameters for the planned allocation, use, and management of the country’s land and other physical resources.
