COP27 calls for Reform of the International Financial System
The 1stDPM|Minister for East African Community Affairs Uganda, Rt. Hon Rebecca Kadaga-MP this morning launched Uganda’s Updated NDC during the Post-COP27 Forum at the Ministry of Water and Environment head offices in portobello, Luzira.
The emeritus speaker of the 9th and 10th parliament of Uganda addressed participants from different CSOs’ and Development partners in climate change and financing.
The Minister noted that the updated NDC features an adaption component and mitigation component with conditional and unconditional actions and targets.
The member of Parliament for Kamuli district extended special thanks to the NDC partnership and its partners for supporting the process to update the NDC. Ms Elsie Alttafuah the UNDP Resident Representative -in Uganda also addressed the participants during the forum.
